This free “Train the Brain” improv workshop is just minutes away at Albemarle Road Recreation Center.
Come to any or all of these laughter filled workshops to help with self confidence, humor, and quick thinking skills for seniors ( 55+). It’s FUN and it’s FREE.
This class helps:
· Strengthen neural connections in the brain
· Enhance humor
· Understand the power of play on the brain
· Make new synaptic pathways
At any age, the brain is malleable and the OTC improv workshop provides exercises to strengthen neural pathways to help with quick-thinking skills, active listening, and most importantly, find humor in everyday events. By combining science, improv, creativity, and humor together, everyone leaves the event with exercises and takeaways that can be practiced at home instantly.
