Exactly 30 days before the election
TAC improv show online
On November 3, Amanda Boyle was asked to remove herself from the voting booth. That request came from the Republican National Convention. Deep down, she knew they were right, but she also knew that someday, she would return to her Republican roots. With nowhere else to go, she appeared at the home of her childhood friend, Glenn Blanco. Sometime earlier, Glenn's Democratic Party had thrown him out, requesting that he never return. And sadly, Paul Marks was once again caught canvassing door to door for his beloved Whig party which dissolved 163 years ago. Can three politically rejected people share a ZOOM improv stage without driving each other crazy?
What to expect at the show: We take a suggestion from the audience via ZOOM chat and then run a 15 to 20 minute "play" based off that suggestion. We'll do that 3 or 4 different times based on whatever scenario you come up with!! And we'll use this unique medium to take advantage of what a real stage prevents us from doing...like audience online voting! We can't wait to show you.
In between some of the "plays" we'll improvise short form games like the show Who's Line is it Anyway!
And we'll have election blackouts. What is a blackout? It is a quick (under 2 minute) scene that ends with a humorous interesting slant on an issue.
